The project "Sanctuary" is being carried out on an area of 1 sq.km on the peninsula of lake "Mandra" , this being within twenty kilometers from the city of Bourgas and only ten kilometers from the sea. The company provides assistance in obtaining credits for foreigners. The client’s own funding is minimum 40% of the price under the preliminary contract for the purchase of real state property. The coefficient monthly debt payment/net income must not exceed 40%.
